Ah, many words. John threw a dinner party, with seating changes according to a game invented along the lines of the Great Dalmuti only with the leader being "Pretty Pretty Princess" and a lot more cheating and trading than the original. All in all it fit the evening perfectly. Reindeer two and Rudolph stole the show down at the bottom of the table. "Rubbit" indeed!

Well, the photo shoot had some snags. Mom's Nikon, which was fine, took one good shot then apparently just died. Not one other shot turned out. Had to fight off tears twice, because I really wanted them to work out, and I'm feeling incredibly frustrated that objects kept letting me down. I captured my favorite pictures with that camera, but switched to digitals owned by the brothers for the rest. And thank God they had them! Still, this relying on other people and their things is very anti-me, so apparently I'm going to have to break down and buy a camera of my very own. And I think there's a card worth of pictures still not out here, because there are shots I remember taking on the tripod camera that are not on the disk the lads have. Arg.

So. That aside, the trip's going pretty well. John's stressed from many small issues, hope he feels better after going down to yell at the doctor's office tomorrow. We got his crown molding primed, and I bought some paint for the ceilings and molding to finish the job tomorrow. If we can get a hold of KTB's nail gun, though I understand he's a bit under the weather with some stomach flu. Hope he didn't give it to me - I plans to dance tomorrow! Tonight, I suppose, it being past midnight.

Had good fun tonight. Rick and Deena took us all out to Mediterranean, which was divine. Then back to their house for John and Rick to play Wii lightsaber duel, while the rest of us played Kill the Hippy and another game I've forgotten the name of. You had to sing at least 8 words of a song that had certain key words or themes in it. My team won, but that's not a shocker to anyone I'd imagine. Maybe a DJ could take me, but casual listeners have no chance! Muahahaha!

The house is quiet, and I think I'll mosey off to bed to snuggle with Ellie. Who is totally cool, by the way. Glad to have a new friend! My squishie!
