Notes from another Bay run

jeanvieveCostumes and the ball - let's face it, we looked faboo. Two Johns in matching papal legate navy coats, and me in a black engineering coat. Mom as the Grand Duchess. She glowed with delight, and a good time was had by all. Mom, Dana and John W will all do it again. Hurray!
Face time with John S - always grand! Thank you for taking me to a dance and looking out for my family. Looking forward to another visit from you soon!
Face time with Deena & Co. - Never enough! Wish we'd had lots more time. Perhaps when we're down there for Dicken's Fair?
Got through most of Auntie Dana's wardrobe. She just turned 60, and still fits into stuff from Junior College. How's that for inspiration? Made her throw stuff out. Like, lots. It was a good purge, and apparently her first ever.
The campaign - was abandoned. Now not quite abandoned. In abeyance? On hold until winter.
James and Laura organized dim sum and Arkham, and it was a load of fun. Though I spent too much in the gaming store, it had been way too long since I had a gaming store to browse! Thanks for all your efforts, you two!
All in all, a great weekend and good traveling conditions both ways. FYI to all - Weather.com totally lies. I know, I know. Turn the page.
