Second - I sent a note to my boss outlining a new job family and band level promotion that I wanted whenever she felt it was appropriate. She replied only a day later with "Yes, I support it. What do you need me to do?" Whee! Okay, must now learn how IBM promotes people as a manager so I can teach her how to accomplish it.
Too jubilant to sleep, but will have regrets in the morning while training the new guy in Spain on how to be a voter.
