So have been convinced that I really need to get an MLS entry to sell this place quickly. Called Mike Lackey. That sweetheart (and everyone getting or selling a place in Colorado should use him as a realtor. He's the best!!) said he'd list me at cost to him for making the entry, and no percentage of the sale since I was strapped for cash. Also that he'd find a really really smart realtor in Eugene to work with. And a reliable lending firm that will match any of the odd Lending Tree offers. And help my mom figure out how she can limp through a few more months in hope of a sale without paying her mortgage.

As I was smiling and heading out to cough at Dave's for a while to watch the world series I checked my mail. The universe awarded my making good choices with checks from IBM for just over a grand as part of a settlement from 5 years ago on the working of unpaid overtime with hourly percentages. Thanks up there! Love you too!
